BioWare Developing New KOTOR?
EA has seemingly revealed that BioWare is developing a new Knights Of The Old Republic game in their analysts report yesterday. This is something that has been rumored for quite some time, most recently with rumor reports speculating it to be an MMO. But, as you can see in the image above, KOTOR is marked separate from its new MMO title, which hints that we may be getting a normal RPG done in the same style as the first two games. This is good news for those like me, who want a fully realized sequel to round off the trilogy and the story of Revan, a task that an MMO game is simply not capable of.
KOTOR quickly became one of my favorite games. I had followed it for a couple of years, and needless to say, when it was released I was not disappointed. I never actually finished KOTOR II, something that I will do now since the copies of both games literally arrived here a few hours ago from Iraq (my brother took them when he went). My memory is very fuzzy actually, which is why I will not talk more about my love. I just know I have a lot of gaming to do with my evil chick on Mass Effect and my new characters on the KOTOR games. A shame that Obsidian was rushed to release KOTOR II, which I have heard from everywhere really harms the end bits.
More on this story soon.
